FORKLIFT SAFETY CERTIFICATION
4 HOURS $69.00 In this program, students will learn to recognize and respect the potential associated hazards and skills needed to safely operate a forklift. Students will also learn about the OSHA standard (OSHA 29CFR 1910.178) that applies to Powered Industrial Trucks and the hazards present in the work environment. Certification classes are offered Monday through Friday at 9:00 am, and 1:00 pm. |

OSHA safety certification courses are offered on-site only, by appointment. Classes are offered Monday through Friday, starting at 9:00 am. OSHA 10 classes will take a MINIMUM of 2 days to complete. Appointments require 48 hours advance notice. OSHA 10 GENERAL INDUSTRY SAFETY CERTIFICATION 10 HOURS $129 The OSHA 10-hour General Industry Outreach Training Program is intended to provide workers with broad awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards in the workplace. Students will be introduced to safety and health principles and work practices covered in the OSHA 29 CFR 1910. In addition to learning about safety and health hazards in the workplace, students will also learn about OSHA, employer responsibilities, and worker rights. Students will also learn about:

Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on specific hazards of the job. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will immediately receive an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach course completion certificate. Specifically designed for safety directors, foremen, and supervisors; the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues. In addition to learning about safety and health hazards in the workplace, students will also learn about OSHA, employer responsibilities, and worker rights. Students will also learn about:

MSHA Training

This course presents the training material requirements of the initial hours required by MSHA Part 46. However, the mine operator must provide task and site-specific training in addition to the topics provided in this course. MSHA Part 46 regulations require new miners complete 24 hours of training within 90 days of their hire date.
FOUR HOURS OF TRAINING MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE BEGINNING WORK AT THE MINE. The other hours must be provided by the employer on-site. NCSI will provide not 4 but 8 hours of the training material!
